Only flagged dates
It works from the student’s missing list. A date that’s no longer missing is skipped.
Attendance Helper remembers each student’s usual course minutes, finds only the days flagged as missing, and saves them through the school’s own form after you confirm the hours are right.

Sunday · 9:40 pm
The kids are finally asleep. You open Learning Coach Attendance and there it is: 11 Alerts.
Every one is the same chore. Click the date. Type minutes into every course box. Check the daily total. Save. Next date.
Same numbers, eleven times. One slip and a record the school actually reads is wrong.
So it waits until next Sunday, and the number grows.
The idea
Like a careful assistant who fills in the form, then hands you the pen.
You set the hours once. You approve every submit.
The real extension, working on a practice copy of the attendance page with made-up students.
Pick the student on the attendance page, open the extension, and enter minutes for each course. Or open a day that’s already filled in correctly and press Use shown day.
Courses with no time get an explicit 0. Locked courses are left alone. Each student gets their own saved hours, and they stay on this computer.
Attendance Helper reads the student’s Missing Attendance list and shows each flagged date with the hours it will enter per day. Untick any date you want to handle yourself.
If the attendance page has an unsaved draft open, it asks you to save or restore that first.
The Submit button stays locked until you tick “These course hours are accurate for each selected date.” Nothing reaches the school before that.
Dates are saved one at a time through the school’s own form and Save button. After each one it confirms the course minutes, the daily total, and that the missing count dropped by one.
You can close the extension window while it works. Keep the attendance tab open.
Drag the handle. Example uses the demo student, who has 8 editable courses.

Assumes the usual hours are already saved for that student.
When something doesn’t match, it stops and tells you. You finish on the attendance page with nothing half-guessed.
It works from the student’s missing list. A date that’s no longer missing is skipped.
If a missing day already has different minutes, the run stops. Nothing gets replaced.
An unsaved draft on the attendance page blocks the scan until you save or restore it yourself.
If a save can’t be verified, it stops and says so. It never retries a save on its own.
Switching students, leaving the page, or closing the tab stops the run.
Stop takes effect between steps. A save already in progress may finish, so check the attendance page after.

School-year plans cover August through May, are billed once, and don’t renew over the summer. You get a reminder before the next school year starts. Monthly costs a bit more to cover processing fees and can be paused any time, which suits summer school or a mid-year start. Saved hours stay on each coach’s own computer on every plan. Co-op plans are for families helping each other, not schools, and imply no school endorsement.
No. It works inside the attendance page you’re already signed in to and never reads your password, cookies or login tokens.
Yes. The run continues as long as the attendance tab stays open. Reopen the extension to see progress.
Nothing is submitted until you tick the confirmation box. The extension can’t delete school records, so fix any saved day directly on the attendance page.
Each student gets their own saved hours, matched by student ID. Select the student on the attendance page and refresh the extension.
Yes, during the beta. Paid plans are planned for later, starting at $20 per school year, with a free first month. Beta testers hear about it first, and nothing is charged automatically.
No. A school-year plan covers August through May and doesn’t renew in June or July. If your student does summer school, use a monthly plan for just those months.
The extension depends on the exact layout of the attendance page. When the page changes, the extension has to be updated to match, and that work never really ends.
